Board-certified otolaryngologist and St. Louis native returns home after nine years of military service to provide comprehensive adult and pediatric ENT care.
ST. LOUIS, MO – Gateway ENT is pleased to announce that board-certified otolaryngologist John Lally, MD, has joined the practice, expanding the physician team and increasing access to comprehensive adult and pediatric ear, nose and throat care throughout the St. Louis region.
A St. Louis native, Dr. Lally returns home after nine years of distinguished military service as an Army otolaryngologist, bringing extensive experience in comprehensive adult and pediatric ENT care back to the community he proudly calls home. Most recently, he served at William Beaumont Army Medical Center in El Paso, Texas, where he was Deputy Chief of the Combined Surgical Clinics and held faculty appointments at both the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences and Texas Tech University School of Medicine. He continues to serve in the U.S. Army Reserves.
Dr. Lally provides comprehensive medical and surgical care for both adult and pediatric ENT patients. His professional interests include sinus surgery, nasal airway surgery, thyroid and parathyroid surgery, and the treatment of voice, airway, swallowing, ear, and pediatric ENT disorders.

A graduate of the University of Notre Dame, Dr. Lally earned his medical degree from Georgetown University School of Medicine before completing his residency in Otolaryngology–Head and Neck Surgery at the San Antonio Uniformed Services Health Education Consortium. He is board certified by the American Board of Otolaryngology–Head and Neck Surgery and is now welcoming new patients at Gateway ENT.
